本文中笔者提出了一种变压器铁心智能物流系统的规划与市场应用,其结构主要包括双工位铁心转运RGV小车、回转输送链条线、铁心缓存输送链条线、空叠台缓存输送链条线、自动升降链条线、单工位移载式RGV小车、电动铁心翻转台、以及成品铁心输送辊道线,整个智能物流线自铁心叠装完成开始到成品铁心入库(成品区)各工序无缝衔接,不再需要人工吊装,为变压器铁心智能制造提供最优的物流路径,大幅提高了变压器铁心的生产效率,高效智能,安全可靠,性能稳定。

The planning and market application of a transformer core intelligent logistics system is proposed in this paper by the authors.Its structure mainly includes dual-station core transfer RGV trolley,rotary conveying chain line,core buffer conveying chain line,empty stacking table buffer conveying chain line,automatic lifting chain line,singlestation transfer RGV trolley,electric core turnover table,and finished core conveying roller line,The whole intelligent logistics line is seamlessly connected from the completion of core stacking to the warehousing of finished core(finished product area).No manual lifting is required.It provides the best logistics path for intelligent manufacturing of transformer core,greatly improving the production efficiency of transformer core,efficient,intelligent,safe and reliable,and stable performance.
