Analysis and Treatment of Abnormal Gas Production Fault in±800kV UHV Converter Transformer

针对某±800kV特高压换流变自投运后本体油中溶解气体含量缓慢增长的故障,本文介绍了故障发生基本情况,分析了故障原因及换流变排油内检查找故障点情况,最后阐述了现场处理修复过程。文中阐述的故障分析方法和检查过程对于特高压换流变的检修运维工作具有借鉴意义。

In view of the fault that the dissolved gas content in the bulk oil increases slowly after a±80OkV UHV converter transformer is put into operation,the basic situation of the occurrence is introduced in this paper,the fault cause and the internal inspection of converter transformer oil discharge to find the fault point are expounded.Finally,the on-site treatment and repair process are expounded.The analyzed method and inspected process mentioned in the paper is referential significant for operation and maintenance for converter transformer.
