基于油色谱分析技术的变压器故障分析

摘要 本文中作者针对某500kV变压器油色谱数据异常情况,采用特征气体法、改良三比值法进行分析判断。结合常规试验和局部放电试验进行验证分析,发现了一起变压器发热和局部放电故障。通过后期返厂解体检查,查明了故障点,分析了故障原因,并提出了相关建议。 In view of the abnormal situation of oil chromatogram data of a 50okV transformer,the characteristic gas method and the improved three ratio method are used to analyze and judge.Combined with routine test and partial discharge test,a transformer heating and partial discharge fault is found.Through the later return to the factory for disassembly and inspection,the fault point is found out,the cause of the fault is analyzed,and relevant suggestions are presented.
