CT引导下Hookwire及亚甲蓝定位在胸腔镜治疗肺结节中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨CT引导下Hookwire及亚甲蓝定位在胸腔镜治疗肺结节中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2022年12月收治的158例肺结节的临床资料,其中82例采用CT引导下Hookwire定位,76例采用CT引导下亚甲蓝定位。分析2种定位方式患者手术指标及并发症发生情况。结果本研究无中转开胸手术者。2种定位方式患者在病灶与胸膜距离、定位时间、住院时间及并发症方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但CT引导下Hookwire定位患者肺结节切除时间[(32.6±8.4)min]短于亚甲蓝定位患者[(39.3±12.1)min](P<0.01)。结论CT引导下Hookwire及亚甲蓝定位胸腔镜治疗肺结节准确有效,并发症少,且Hookwire定位可显著缩短肺结节切除时间。 Objective To investigate the application value of CT-guided Hookwire and methylene blue localization in thoracoscopic surgery for pulmonary nodules.Methods Clinical data of 158 cases of pulmonary nodules admitted from January 2018 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,of which 82 cases were identified by CT-guided Hookwire localization and 76 cases by CT-guided methylene blue localization.The surgical indexes and occurrence of complications in patients with two localization methods were analyzed.Results There was no conversion to thoracotomy in this study.There was no significant difference between the two localization methods with respect to the distance between lesion and pleura,localization time,length of hospital stay and complications(P>0.05),but the time of nodule resection in patients undergoing CT-guided Hookwire localization[(32.6±8.4)min]was shorter than that in patients undergoing methylene blue localization[(39.3±12.1)min](P<0.01).Conclusion CT-guided Hookwire and methylene blue localization is accurate and effective in thoracoscopic surgery for pulmonary nodules,with fewer complications,and Hookwire localization can significantly shorten the time of pulmonary nodule resection.
