马铃薯金线虫(Globodera rostochiensis)是跟随马铃薯一同进化的一种马铃薯寄生性线虫,其对马铃薯的生长有很大的危害。作为一种全球性的检疫性有害生物,在没有彻底根除方法的情况下,若不及时采取相关措施进行防控,将会给马铃薯产业造成重大损失。本文综述了马铃薯金线虫的生物学特性、发生与传播、植物寄主范围、田间危害症状、产业经济影响以及综合防治措施,旨在为科学防控马铃薯金线虫提供参考。

Potato golden nematode(Globodera rostochiensis)is a parasitic potato nematode that evolved along with potato,which is very harmful to the growth of potato.As a global quarantine pest,it will cause heavy losses to the potato industry in the absence of a thorough eradication method,if relevant measures are not taken in time for prevention and control.In this paper,the biological characteristics,occurrence and spread,plant host range,damage symptoms in field,industrial economic impact and integrated control measures of G.rostochiensis were reviewed,aiming to provide a reference for the scientific prevention and control of the G.rostochiensis.
