摘要 为探明从江稻田鲤(Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus)的早期发育阶段特征和规律,本试验通过设置4个不同的孵化温度20℃、22℃、24℃、26℃,连续显微观察记录分析其胚胎发育各时期的形态特征和发育特点。结果显示:从江稻田鲤受精卵为淡黄色、卵圆形、强黏性,卵径为1.32±0.10 mm,吸水后卵径为1.60±0.02 mm。在水温20.0±0.5℃,胚胎发育历时75.98 h,总积温为1527.20 h·℃,共记录受精卵、卵裂、囊胚、原肠胚、神经胚、器官形成以及出膜6个阶段,共27个时期。建议从江稻田鲤的胚胎发育温度不超过26℃,最适发育温度应控制在22~24℃。本研究报道了从江稻田鲤在人工养殖条件下的胚胎发育特征,为进一步实现苗种规模化繁育提供基础资料和重要参考。 In order to explore the characteristics of early development stage of Congjiang rice field carp(Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus),this experiment set four different incubation temperatures of 20℃,22℃,24℃and 26℃,respectively,and the morphological and developmental characteristics of each stage of embryonic development ultimately were analyzed by continuous microscopic observation.The results showed that the fertilized eggs of C.carpio were light yellow,oval and strong viscosity with an egg diameter of(1.32±0.10)mm and an egg diameter(1.60±0.02)mm after water absorption.Embryonic development lasted 75.98 h,and the total accumulated temperature was 1527.20 h·℃in the water at 20.0±0.5℃.The embryonic development process was divided into 6 stages,including fertilized egg stage,the cleavage stage,the blastocyst stage,the gastrula stage,the neurula stage,the organogenesis stage and the hatching stage(total 27 developing periods).It is suggested that the embryonic development temperature of Congjiang rice field carp should not exceed 26℃,and the optimum development temperature should be controlled at 22~24℃.This study reported the embryonic development characteristics of Congjiang rice field carp under artificial culture conditions,which will provide basic data and important reference for further large-scale seedling breeding.
