摘要
通过对1773名在校大学生实施问卷调查结果的分析,从协同理论的视角探讨了高校劳动教育及大学生劳动意愿的基本情况、影响因素及作用机制。研究发现:实施劳动教育后,大学生劳动意愿水平整体向好;劳动教育对大学生劳动意愿的影响存在多重链式作用机制,呈现出“家庭劳动教育—学校劳动教育—社会劳动教育”的主体间传递效应,而自我劳动教育的效果不明显。其中,家庭劳动教育的基础作用有限但影响深远,学校劳动教育的主导作用凸显,社会劳动教育的支持作用日益增强,家庭、学校和社会协同效应仍有待提升。基于此,亟需建立学校主导下的家庭、高校和社会三位一体协同推进劳动教育的新格局,强化自我劳动教育的内生性作用,全方位提升大学生的劳动意愿。
On the basis of the analysis of questionnaire data of 1,773 college students,the basic situation,influencing factors and mechanism of college labour education and college students’willingness to labour are explored from the perspective of synergy theory.It is found that after the implementation of labour education,the level of college students’willingness to labour is generally good.There is a multiple-chain mechanism in the influence of labour education on college students’willingness to labour,which shows a transmission effect among subjects of“family labour education-school labour education-social labour education”,while the effect of self-labour education is not obvious.Among them,the basic role of family labour education is limited but far-reaching,the leading role of school labour education is prominent,the supporting role of social labor education is growing,and the family-college-society synergy still needs to be improved.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a new pattern that family-college-society synergy should promote labour education led by colleges,strengthen the endogenous role of self-labour education,and improve college students’willingness to labour in an all-round way.
