公共文化机构标准化建设研究——以图书馆、文化馆、博物馆与科技馆为例

在公共文化服务高质量发展为主题的时代背景下,国内公共文化服务机构以图书馆、文化馆、博物馆、科技馆为代表,陆续进入了标准化运行阶段。依据行业发展需求,国家、地方先后立项发布了相应标准,逐步形成各自的标准体系模式。但四者的标准体系发展程度不一,建设重点亦有所区别。本文就四馆现行的标准进行统计和横向对比,结合各馆的特性去总结发展概况、归纳体系重点、探索发展短板,以此为公共文化服务机构标准化发展提供思路和途径。

Under the background of the theme of high-quality development of public cultural services, domestic public cultural service institutions, represented by libraries, cultural centers, museums and science and technology centers,have entered the standardized operation stage one after another. According to the development needs of the industry,national and local authorities have established and released corresponding standards, and gradually formed their own standard system models. But the four standard system development degree is different, and the construction focus is also different. In this paper, the current standards of the four museums are compared statistically and horizontally, and the characteristics of each museum are combined to summarize the development profile, summarize the system focus, and explore the shortcomings of the development, so as to provide ideas and ways for the development of standardization of public cultural service institutions.
