摘要
循环经济发展促进废旧纺织品资源循环利用。本文借鉴国内外纺织服装行业循环利用政策发展现状,从目标指标、关键技术、标准体系建设、低碳循环发展、产业清洁安全等5个维度,构建和探讨我国纺织服装行业政策分析模型。通过分析我国纺织服装产品循环利用标准化现状及问题,为政策实施提供技术支撑。最后提出“十四五”时期我国纺织服装产业循环利用发展趋势及建议。
The development of circular economy promotes the recycling of waste textiles. Based on the current situation of recycling policy of textile and garment industry at home and abroad, this paper constructs and discusses the policy analysis model of China's textile and garment industry from five dimensions, including target index, key technology,standards system construction, low-carbon and circular development, and clean and safe industry. The paper provides technical support for policy implementation through analyzing the standardization status and problems of textile and apparel products recycling in China. Finally, the paper puts forward the development trend and suggestions for recycling of textile and garment industry in China during the 14th Five-Year Plan period(2021-2025).
