摘要
随着新能源汽车产业的快速发展,我国已成为世界第一大新能源汽车产销国,截至2023年1月,新能源汽车保有量已超过1000万辆。动力电池作为电动汽车的关键部件之一,遵循其生命周期规律,即将进入大规模退役期。基于环境保护、资源利用等因素,国家和社会层面对动力电池的回收和梯次利用都投入了极大的关注。本文对动力电池的梯次利用实际过程中存在的问题进行了探讨。通过梳理产品回收过程中的主要流程,确定了各阶段的主要工作,主要讨论了梯次利用产品余能、循环寿命、安全性等基本性能的标准要求及相应检测技术的发展。
With the rapid development of electric vehicles, China has become the world's largest producer and seller of electric vehicles. By January 2023, the number of electric vehicles has exceeded 10 million in China. As one of the key components of electric vehicles, the power batteries are about to enter a period of mass decommissioning according to the law of its life cycle. Our country and society have paid great attention to the recycling of power batteries for reasons including environmental protection, resource utilization, etc. This paper discusses the problems existing in the actual process of power battery recycling. By delineating the main processes in the battery recycling, the paper clarifies the main work of each stage, and discusses standard requirements and corresponding testing technology for echelon utilization of product surplus energy, cycling life, safety, and other basic performance of the batteries.
