标准化助推兴安盟俄体粉条高质量发展探究

Exploration of Standardization Promoting the High-quality Development of Hinggan League Eti Vermicelli

俄体粉条被列为兴安盟非物质文化遗产名录,实施地理标志产品保护,但该产品缺失标准化助力,缺少相关标准体系规范产业发展。为推进自治区优势特色产业高质量发展,利用兴安盟独特的优势区域公共品牌影响力,开展俄体粉条高质量标准体系建设,对于俄体粉条产业的发展壮大和带动兴安盟地区经济活力有着重要的意义。本文从俄体粉条产业发展现状出发,应用标准化原理构建兴安盟俄体粉条产业高质量标准体系,详细阐述体系框架内容,体现自治区特色和独有区域特色的俄体粉条,以期打造“蒙”字标区域农畜产品品牌特色,实现自治区特色农牧业产业高质量发展。

Eti vermicelli is listed on the list of intangible cultural heritage in Hinggan League and protected as a geographical indication product. However, this product lacks standardization and relevant standards system to regulate industrial development. In order to promote the high-quality development of advantageous and characteristic industries in the autonomous region, utilizing the unique public brand infl uence of Hinggan League, and carrying out the construction of a high-quality standards system for Eti vermicelli. It is of great significance for the development and of the Eti vermicelli industry and driving the economic vitality of the Hinggan League region. Starting from the current development status of the Eti vermicelli industry, this paper applies the principle of standardization to construct a high-quality standards system for the Eti vermicelli industry in Hinggan League, elaborates the content of the system framework, refl ects the characteristics of the autonomous region and the unique regional characteristics of Eti vermicelli,with the aim of creating the brand characteristics of agricultural and livestock products in the autonomous region and achieving high-quality development of its characteristic agricultural and animal husbandry industry.
