摘要
我国电子商务的发展居于世界领先水平,在电子商务质量管理标准化工作方面也积累了一定的成果。在质量强国发展战略下,推动电子商务的高质量发展是“十四五”国家电子商务发展的重要目标。本文结合高质量发展、电子商务质量管理相关理论,通过分析电子商务质量管理标准化现状,探讨我国在推进电子商务质量管理方面存在的问题,并提出相关建议,为发挥标准引领作用推动产业高质量发展提供参考。
The development of e-commerce in China leads the world and we have accumulated some achievements in the standardization of quality management of e-commerce. Echoing the development strategy to boost China's strength in product quality, it is an important target to promote the high-quality development of e-commerce during the 14th FiveYear Plan period(2021-2025). Integrating theories of high-quality development and e-commerce quality management, this paper analyzes the current situation of quality management standardization of e-commerce, discusses its problems and proposes suggestions, which offers reference for the high-quality development of e-commerce industry.
