Application of “PDCA” cycle in Hubei Provincial Equipment Support

ISO 9001质量管理体系中的“PDCA”循环的改进方法是在保证根据用户需求进行策划并严格执行的基础上,更注重观测业务的检查、监视与测量,并将其结果再一次反馈于策划,然后不断修正目标与过程,进而持续改进观测业务整体水平。本文应用“PDCA”循环对省级装备保障全过程进行科学、规范、全面梳理,针对体系建设、过程管理中存在的问题提供解决思路,为气象装备保障提供有益参考。

Based on ensuring planning and strict implementation according to user demands, the “PDCA” cycle improvement method in ISO 9001 quality management system is to focus on the results of inspection, supervision and measurement of the observation business process, feed them back into planning, and constantly revise the objectives and processes, to continuously improve the level of observation business. In this paper, the “PDCA” cycle is used to conduct a scientific, standardized and comprehensive review of the whole process of provincial equipment support, put forward solutions to the problems existing in system construction and process management, and provide useful reference for meteorological equipment support.
