Standard-led Taizhou NQI One-stop Digital Public Service

本文叙述了泰州市紧紧围绕政府数字化转型和大数据社会治理,以区域产业尤其是中小企业全过程、全生命周期质量服务需求为导向,聚焦现代产业体系构建,融合计量、标准、检验检测等集成创新,以全国首部省级质量基础设施一站式服务地方标准为核心引领,系统推进线上云平台多端数字化建设和线下质量基础设施规模化建设,形成了线上线下协同服务的质量基础设施数字化应用新实践,为区域产业发展提供更为高效的质量基础设施一站式服务。

This paper describes that Taizhou closely focuses on the digital transformation of the government and the social governance of big data. Led by the whole process and life cycle quality service demands of regional industries,especially small and medium-sized enterprises, Taizhou focuses on the construction of modern industrial system,integrates measurement, standards, inspection and testing, and other integrated innovation, and takes China's first provincial NQI one-stop service local standard as the core guidance, and systematically promotes the multi-terminal digital construction of online cloud platforms and the large-scale construction of offline quality infrastructure. A new practice of digital application of quality infrastructure for online and offline collaborative services has been conducted,providing more efficient one-stop service for quality infrastructure for regional industrial development.
