半定量计算蒸养混凝土最优晶胶比研究

摘要 文章通过X射线衍射测试(XRD)和氮吸附比表面积测试(BET),对合成的9组蒸养混凝土进行表征,计算得到蒸养混凝土的结晶度、晶体及胶体含量;综合上述计算结果及蒸养混凝土宏观力学性能,建立水化产物组成对基体材料抗压强度、抗折强度、干燥收缩影响的等值线图,得到抗压强度、抗折强度、干燥收缩最优时晶体与胶体含量的关系,从而优化出最优的晶胶比。 In this paper,9 groups of steam-cured concretes synthesized were characterized by X-ray diffraction test(XRD)and nitrogen adsorption specific surface area test(BET),and the crystallinity,crystal and colloid content of steam-cured concrete were calculated.The macroscopic mechanical properties of concrete,and the contour map of the influence of the composition of hydration products on the compressive strength,flexural strength,and drying shrinkage of the matrix material are established,and the relationship between the crystal and colloid content when the compressive strength,flexural strength,and drying shrinkage are optimal is obtained.,so as to optimize the optimal crystal to glue ratio.
