腹腔液中NF-кB、NLRP3的水平与子宫内膜异位症患者临床特征的相关性分析

Correlation analysis between NF-кB and NLRP3 levels in abdominal fluid and clinical characteristics of patients with endometriosis

目的通过检测子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者及对照组患者腹腔液中核转录因子-кB(NF-кB)、核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体3(NLRP3)浓度,探讨NF-кB及NLRP3在EMs发病机制中的作用及意义。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法测定120例EMs患者和65例对照组患者腹腔液NF-кB、NLRP3浓度,分析其与内异症临床特征的相关性。采用SPSS22.0软件对所有患者临床资料数据进行对比统计分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果实验组腹腔液NF-кB浓度(371.90±57.64)pg/mL显著高于对照组(333.55±23.58)pg/mL;实验组腹腔液NLRP3浓度(347.66±70.79)pg/mL显著高于对照组(298.01±40.66)pg/mL;内异症患者腹腔液中NF-κB、NLRP3的表达与内异症r-AFS分期、病理类型、有无痛经密切相关,与疼痛程度无明显相关性。结论子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液中NF-кB、NLRP3浓度的升高可能在内异症发生和发展的过程中发挥了至关重要的作用.

Objective To explore the role of NF-кB and NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3(NLRP3)in the pathogenesis of endometriosis(EMS)by detecting the concentration of NF-кB and NLRP3 in the abdominal fluid of patients with endometriosis.Method The concentration of NF-кB and NLRP3 in the abdominal fluid of 120 patients with EMS and 65 controls was determined by ELISA.The correlation between NLRP3 concentration and clinical characteristics of endometriosis was analyzed.Result The concentration of NF-кB in the abdominal fluid of the experimental group(371.90±57.64)pg/mL was significantly higher than the control group(333.55±23.58)pg/mL.The concentration of NLRP3(347.66±70.79)pg/mL was significantly higher than that of the control group(298.01±40.66)pg/mL.The expression of NF-κB and NLRP3 in the abdominal fluid of patients with EMS was closely associated with r-AFS stage,pathological type and presence of dysmenorrhea,but there was no significant correlation with the degree of pain.Conclusion The increased concentration of NF-кB and NLRP3 in the abdominal fluid of patients with endometriosis may play an important role in the occurrence and development of endometriosis.
