摘要
为探明西葫芦育苗选用穴盘的最适灌溉量,以“农园1号”为试验材料,设置穴盘3个处理(32孔、50孔和72孔),分别结合3种灌溉水平(补充灌溉蒸腾蒸发量ET的100%(I1),75%(I2)和50%(I3)),研究不同穴盘孔数和灌溉量协同对西葫芦幼苗生长和水分利用的影响.结果表明,50孔穴盘处理幼苗在100%ET灌溉下的茎粗和叶面积显著高于其余灌溉条件,75%ET条件下幼苗根系形态优于其他条件,72孔穴盘培育的幼苗在50%ET灌溉下水分利用率最大为5.93 g/L,不同规格穴盘处理在I2和I3灌溉下幼苗的水分利用率大于I1,单株幼苗日耗水量和播后天数可用线性函数关系表示,穴盘孔数和灌溉量的交互作用显著影响幼苗的生长.在本试验研究范围内,适宜西葫芦高效育苗的条件为50孔或32孔穴盘,结合75%ET灌溉方法可提高幼苗水分利用率,达到节水的目的.
In order to find out the optimal imigation amount of plug trnays for zucchini seedling cultiva-tion,"Nongyuan No.1"was used as the experimental material,and three treatments(32 holes,50 holes and 72 holes)were set up.The synergistic ffects of diferent hole numbers and irigation amount on the growth and water use efficiency of zucchini seedlings were studied by combining three imigation levels(100%(I1),75%(I2)and 50%(I3))of supplementary imigation transpiration(ET).The results show that the stem diameter and leaf area of seedlings treated with 50-hole plug under 100%ET irrigation are significantly higher than those under other imigation conditions,and the root morphology of seedlings under 75%ET is better than those under other conditions.The maximum water use efficiency of seedlings cultivated with 72-hole plug under 50%ET irigation is 5.93 g/L,and the water use efficiency of seedlings under I2 and I3 imigation is greater than I1.The daily water consumption and the mumber of days after sowing of single seedlings can be expressed by a linear function relationship.The interaction between the number of holes in the plug and the amount of imigation significantly afects the growth of seedling.Within the scope of this experimental study,the suitable conditions for fficient seedling cultivation of zucchini are 50-hole or 32-hole plugs,combined with 75%ET imigation method,which can improve the water use eficiency of seedlings to achieve the purpose of water saving.
