Research progress of immunotherapy in clinical treatment of breast cancer

乳腺癌作为全球女性发生率最高的恶性肿瘤,其发病机制尚不清楚。虽然传统治疗如手术切除、放射治疗、化疗、靶向治疗以及内分泌治疗等均可以不同程度的降低乳腺癌的死亡率,但仍有部分患者死于肿瘤进展或治疗失败。随着对乳腺癌研究地不断深入,近年来免疫治疗从基础研究到临床治疗取得了突破性的进展。本文将乳腺癌免疫治疗的概况、机制策略和免疫生物标志物等方面进行综述。

Breast cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest incidence in women all around the world,but its mechanism of pathogenesis is still unclear.Although traditional treatments such as surgical resection,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,targeted therapy and endocrine therapy can reduce the mortality of breast cancer to varying degrees,some patients still die from tumor progression or treatment failure.With the deepening research of breast cancer,immunotherapy has made a breakthrough from basic research to clinical treatment in recent years.This article will review the general situation,specific strategies and immune-biomarkers for breast cancer.
