摘要 以铝合金电动汽车白车身为研究对象,建立白车身有限元模型,进行轻量化设计与模态、弯曲刚度、扭转刚度性能分析。以影响车身性能的主要承载结构件壁厚为设计变量,以车身质量最小为目标函数,进行尺寸优化,实现车身质量减小39 kg,轻量化率达到9.78%,并且减小车身轻量化系数。所进行的轻量化设计与性能分析为白车身的轻量化提供了理论依据,具有实用价值。 Taking the aluminum alloy body in white of electric vehicle as the research object,a finite element model of body in white was established for lightweight design and performance analysis of modal,bending stiffness,and torsional stiffness.Taking the wall thickness of main load-bearing structural component that affects the performance of vehicle body as the design variable,and taking minimizing the vehicle body mass as the objective function,size optimization was carried out to reduce the vehicle body mass by 39 kg,achieve a lightweight rate of 9.78%,and reduce the vehicle body lightweight coefficient.The lightweight design and performance analysis provided a theoretical basis for the lightweight of body in white,which has practical value.
