摘要
在不改变东风8B内燃机车主体结构的基础上,借鉴农业耕地V形犁体曲面设计原理,设计了一种轨道除沙装置。这一装置以东风8B内燃机车为载体,结构紧凑,工作安全可靠,加装方便快捷。将这一装置装配在东方8B内燃机车上,可以将积沙推于轨道两侧,对于残留积沙,辅以刮吹方式清除,由此保障列车正常通行。应用ANSYS Workbench软件对这一装置的相关承力部件进行受力分析,验证结构设计和材料选用的合理性。通过沙害铺满轨道实地样机试验,检验这一装置的实际除沙效果。
On the basis of not changing the main structure of DF8B diesel locomotive,a track sand removal device was designed by drawing on the design principle of V-shaped plow surface of agricultural farmland.This device takes DF8B diesel locomotive as the carrier,with compact structure,safe and reliable operation,convenient and quick to retrofit.This device is assembled on the DF8B diesel locomotive,which can push the accumulated sand on both sides of the track,and remove the residual accumulated sand by scraping and blowing,so as to ensure the normal passage of train.ANSYS Workbench software was employed to analyze the force of the relevant load-bearing part of this device to verify the rationality of structural design and material selection.The actual sand removal effect of this device was verified through the field prototype test of sand covered track.
