基于多传感器的智能平面砂磨装置

摘要 为了满足生产需要,设计了一种基于多传感器的智能平面砂磨装置。介绍了这一装置的结构,分析了这一装置的控制系统。这一装置采用移动机械臂放入或移出工件,基于红外传感器检测工件是否到位,砂纸通过升降运动与工件表面接触,施加一定的打磨力,通过工件转动实现自动打磨,满足批量连续化作业需求。 In order to satisfy the production need,an intelligent plane sanding device based on multi-sensor was designed.The structure of this device was introduced,and the control system of this device was analyzed.This device uses a mobile mechanical arm to put in or move out the workpiece,and detects whether the workpiece is in place based on infrared sensor.The sandpaper contacts the surface of the workpiece through lifting motion,applies a certain sanding force,and achieves automatic sanding through the rotation of the workpiece to meet the need of batch continuous operation.
