特黑耐候聚酰胺树脂的制备与性能测试

Preparation and Performance Testing of Special Black Weather-resistant Polyamide Resin

针对现有技术制备聚酰胺树脂,黑度、光泽度、耐候性能存在不足的问题,提出了一种特黑耐候聚酰胺树脂的制备方法。特黑耐候聚酰胺树脂包括聚酰胺基体、超细结晶硅、苯胺黑母粒、润滑分散剂。苯胺黑母粒包括高分子染料、聚酰胺树脂,高分子染料的原料包括聚酰胺、苯胺黑、第一抗氧剂。先将聚酰胺、苯胺黑、第一抗氧剂制成高分子染料,再将其搭配聚酰胺树脂进一步制成苯胺黑母粒,最后填充至聚酰胺基体中,制备得到特黑耐候聚酰胺树脂,实现了高黑度和高光泽度。搭配添加超细结晶硅,有助于提升聚酰胺树脂的耐候性和耐磨性。对特黑耐候聚酰胺树脂进行性能测试,展现出优良性能,确认特黑耐候聚酰胺树脂在实际应用中具有优越性。

In response to the deficiencies in blackness,glossiness,and weather resistance in the preparation of polyamide resin using existing technology,a method for preparing special black weather-resistant polyamide resin was proposed.The special black weather-resistant polyamide resin includes polyamide substrate,ultrafine crystalline silicon,aniline black masterbatch,and lubricating dispersant.The aniline black masterbatch includes high polymer dye,polyamide resin,and the raw material of the high polymer dye includes polyamide,aniline black,and first antioxidant.First,the polyamide,aniline black,and the first antioxidant are used to produce high polymer dye,which is then combined with polyamide resin to further produce aniline black masterbatch,and finally filled into the polyamide substrate to prepare special black weather-resistant polyamide resin,achieving high blackness and glossiness.The addition of ultrafine crystalline silicon helps to enhance the weather and wear resistance of polyamide resin.The Performance testing of special black weather-resistant polyamide resin shows excellent property,confirming the superiority of special black weather-resistant polyamide resin in practical application.
