With the development of power enterprise,previous management working model has difficulty in meeting the higher requirements of breadth,depth and precision,and the limitation of working model is becoming increasingly apparent.A total normalized productive maintenance system for safety management in power enterprise was thus established.The connotation of the total normalized productive maintenance system was analyzed,as well as the main method and practical effect were introduced.By the total normalized productive maintenance system,the standardization of power grid structure and transmission and distribution system can be achieved,and the equipment can be operated efficiently,thus further strengthening the foundation of power grid,improving the quality of power grid,and enhancing economic benefit.
