摘要
介绍了一种新型耐磨免喷涂聚碳酸酯/聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯合金材料的制备方法,并对其进行性能测试。通过选用特定的聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、玻璃纤维、第二填料进行制备,聚碳酸酯/聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯合金材料具有优异的介电性能、刚韧平衡性、加工性,以及高金属接合力,材料颗粒均匀,性能稳定。所做研究成果为实现更环保、更经济的高性能复合材料的制备提供了理论依据和实践参考。
A preparation method for a novel wear-resistant,no-spray Polycarbonate/Polybutylene Terephthalate alloy material was introduced,and performance testing was conducted.By selecting specific Polybutylene Terephthalate,glass fiber,and secondary filler for preparation,the Polycarbonate/Polybutylene Terephthalate alloy material demonstrates excellent dielectric property,balance of rigidity and toughness,processability,and high metallic bonding force.The material particle is uniform and stable in performance.The research result provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for the realization of more environmentally friendly and economical high-performance composite material.
