社科学术期刊评价:回顾、反思与构想

Social Science Journals Evaluation:Retrospection,Reflection,and Prospects

改革开放以来,我国社科学术期刊评价主要有出版管理部门各级各类评奖,教育主管部门的“名刊”、“名栏”工程,国家社科基金期刊资助,以及基于核心期刊研究的社会科学期刊评价体系。但当前的社科学术期刊评价体系存在不足之处,包括核心期刊评价功能的泛化、期刊评价研究方法亟须改进、评价研究指标体系的科学性有待完善、社科学术期刊评价对期刊的负面影响等。应构建包含社科学术期刊评价信息供给和期刊评价功能的社科学术期刊评价信息平台,平台的构建应坚持正确的评价方向,探索多元评价体系并完善评价方法。

Since the reform and opening-up policy,the evaluation of social science journals in China has mainly relied on awards from publishing management departments,education administrations’“nameplate journals”or“featured columns”projects,the National Social Science Fund journal funding,and the social science journal evaluation system based on core journals research.However,the current social science journal evaluation system has such shortcomings as the overgeneralization of the evaluation function of core journal evaluation,the urgent need to improve the research methods of journal evaluation,the lack of scientific evaluation indicator system,and the negative impact of social science journal evaluation on journals.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a social science journal evaluation information platform that includes social science journal evaluation information supply and journal evaluation function.The establishment of the platform should adhere to the correct evaluation direction,explore a diverse evaluation system,and improve the evaluation methods.
