相变蓄冷装置冷量实时辨识方法及实验验证

摘要 相变蓄冷装置在热能形式的可再生能源应用领域受到广泛关注,蓄冷装置的冷量输配控制对于相关热力系统的运行具有重要影响。本文提出了一种相变蓄冷装置实时冷量辨识方法,该方法通过ε-NTU和热阻分析方法建立了模拟模型,方法由参数输入、模型校正及冷量实时计算三部分组成,能够适应多种形式的相变蓄冷装置。该方法通过嵌入热管的蓄冷装置实验对辨识准确性进行了验证。结果表明,能够针对实验实现准确的传热流体出口侧温度动态计算,计算所得到的出口侧温度与实验测量值差值在设置的±0.2℃阈值范围内。基于出口侧温度计算得到的实时冷量预测值与测量值误差在0.76%~10.55%范围内,说明该方法具有较高的辨识精度。 Phase change cold energy storage devices have received a lot of attention in the application field of renewable energy with thermal energy form.The control of the cold energy transmission and distribution of the storage devices has an important impact on the operation of the related thermal systems.In this paper,a method to identify the real-time cooling capacity of the phase change cold energy storage devices is propose,which is based on a simulation model by usingε-NTU and thermal resistance analysis methods.The identification method is consist of three parts:parameter input,model calibration and real-time cooling capacity calculation.It can be adapted to various forms of phase change cold energy storage devices.The method is validated by experiments on the cold energy storage devices with embedded heat pipes.The results show that,according to the experiments,accurate dynamic calculation of the outlet side temperature of the heat transfer fluid can be achieved.The errors between the calculated outlet side temperature and the experimental measured value are within±0.2℃.The errors between the predicted value of the real-time cooling capacity based on the calculated outlet side temperature and the measured value is within 0.76%~10.55%,which indicates that the method has a high identification accuracy.
