我国老年人劳动供给的研究进展——基于CiteSpace的可视化计量分析

Research Progress and Trends in Labor Supply for the Elderly in China-A Visual Econometric Analysis Based on CiteSpace

研究我国老年人劳动供给对于实施“积极老龄化”国家战略具有重要意义。运用CiteSpace软件,对2002—2022年研究我国老年人劳动供给的CSSCI来源期刊(含扩展版)文献进行可视化计量分析发现:发文量总体呈现“缓慢增长—加速增长—快速递减—短暂反弹—再次回落”的变化趋势;研究成果主要集中在人口学类期刊上,所涉学科分布广泛,但作者团队之间和机构之间缺乏合作;研究主题主要涉及“积极老龄化”背景下增加老年人劳动供给的政策方向,社会保障制度对老年人劳动供给的影响,老年人劳动供给对养老保险基金可持续性的影响,老年人退休决策对老年人劳动供给的影响效应,老年人力资源开发的重要性、问题及改善路径五个方面;研究进程包括萌芽、发展两个阶段。未来的研究可以从国家、社会、家庭和个人多视角出发,扩展研究内容,重视农村老年人劳动供给的保障问题,为相关政策实践提供参考依据。

Studying the labor supply of the elderly in China is of great significance for the implementation of the national strategy of"active aging".Using CiteSpace software,this paper makes a visual quantitative analysis of CSSCI source journals(including extended editions)that study the labor supply of the elderly in China from 2002 to 2022.It is found that the number of publications generally shows a trend of"slow growth-accelerated growth-rapid decline-brief rebound-fallback again".The research results are mainly concentrated in demographic journals,and the disciplines involved are widely distributed,but there is a lack of cooperation between author teams and institutions.The research topics mainly involve the policy direction of increasing the labor supply of the elderly under the background of"active aging,"the impact of the social security system on the labor supply of the elderly,the impact of the labor supply of the elderly on the sustainability of the pension insurance fund,the impact of the retirement decision of the elderly on the labor supply of the elderly,and the importance,problems and improvement paths of the development of human resources for the elderly.The research process includes two stages:germination and development.Future research can expand the research content from the perspectives of the state,society,family and individuals,pay attention to the protection of the labor supply of the elderly in rural areas,and provide reference for relevant policy practices.
