摘要
石墨烯作为极具潜力的二维碳纳米材料,因其独特的物理化学特性而备受关注,在很多领域展现了极大的价值。石墨烯的衍生物氧化石墨烯由于其超大的比表面积、大量的官能团和丰富的活性位点,在传感检测领域具有极大的优势。文中主要介绍了氧化石墨烯在柔性传感器领域的应用,包括应变传感器、气敏传感器、湿敏传感器、生物传感器等,分析了目前存在的问题,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
Graphene is a highly promising two-dimensional carbon nanomaterial,and its derivative graphene oxide has great advantages in the field of sensing and detection due to its large specific surface area,large numbers of functional groups and abundant active sites.In order to have a more comprehensive and accurate understanding of the development of graphene in the field of sensing and detection,this paper introduces the applications of graphene in the field of flexible sensors,including strain sensors,gas sensors,moisture sensors and biosensors,analyzes the current problems,and gives an outlook on its application prospects.
