经编锦氨弹力泡泡织物生产实践

Design of Nylon and Spandex Elastic Seersucker Warp Knitted Fabric

提出将经编弹力泡泡纱应用在内衣等服用领域的设计方法,包括设计思路、组织结构设计、编织工艺参数设计和后整理等。以锦纶、氨纶丝为原料,在E32 RSE4-1拉舍尔经编机上采用不同穿纱方式及垫纱运动规律,开发出3种不同组织结构的新型经编弹力泡泡织物。详细阐述3款经编锦氨弹力泡泡织物的编织关键技术和织物风格特点。最后对3种织物的拉伸性能、外观保形性能、钩纱性能、透气性能进行测试。结果表明,经编锦氨弹力泡泡织物不仅具有均匀凸起的小泡泡外观,还具备良好的弹性、优异的回复性能,以及稳定的水洗尺寸等良好物理性能。该面料适合应用于内衣服饰,对经编泡泡弹力面料的设计开发具有参考意义。

The design method of applying warp knitted elastic seersucker in underwear and other fields was proposed,including design ideas,structure design,kniting process design and finishing Three new types of elastic seersucker warp knitted fabrics were developed on E32 raschel RSE4-1 warp knitting machine with different threading ways and lapping movements by using nylon and spandex as raw materials.The key knitted techniques and style characteristics of the nylon and spandex elastic seersucker warp knitted fabrics were analyzed.Finally,the physical properties such as elongation,dimensional stability to washing,snaggingandair permeability were tested The results show that these three seersucker warp knitted fabrics not only have uniform appearance of small bubbles,but also have good elasticity,recovery,stable water-wash size stability.These fabrics are suitable for the application of underwear clothing,which can provide reference significance for the design and development of elastic seersucker warp knitted fabric.
