技术经济领域高质量科技期刊评价与分级目录研究

Study on the evaluation and classification catalogue of high quality SCI-Tech journals in the field of Technology Economics

为提高我国技术经济学科领域期刊的国内外影响力和可持续发展,构建符合我国技术经济领域学科特点和规律的期刊评价体系,采用文献分析法,结合层析分析法和问卷调查法,筛选技术经济学科领域相关中英文期刊,运用定量和定性相结合的方式,建立期刊评价指标体系,遴选、编制了技术经济领域高质量科技期刊分级目录。研究成果有助于推动优秀中国期刊与国外高水平期刊在科技评价中的等效对比和使用,进一步吸引优秀论文在中国期刊首发,提升国内技术经济领域期刊的影响力,同时为其他科技期刊的分级目录制定提供参考。

In order to improve the influence and sustainable development of China's journals in field of the subject of Technology Economics at home and abroad,and to construct a periodical evaluation system that conforms to the characteristics and laws of this subject in China,this paper adopts literature analysis,chromatography analysis and questionnaire survey to screen relevant Chinese and English periodicals in the field of Technology Economics,uses quantitative and qualitative methods to establish the periodical evaluation index system,and selects and compiles a catalogue of high quality scientific and technological periodicals in the field of Technology Economics.The research results contribute to promote the equivalent comparison and use of outstanding Chinese journals and high-level foreign journals in science and technology evaluation,further attract high-quality papers to be published on Chinese journals,enhance the influence of domestic journals in the field of Technology Economics,and provide references for the formulation of classification catalogues of other science and technology journals.
