钢渣固废蓄热技术及其潜在的应用技术研究

摘要 本文在对钢渣的应用及研究进展进行回顾的基础上,针对钢渣固废蓄热技术进行了整理和概括。通过对国内外相关文献的系统总结,指出工业固废钢渣在一定程度上可以有效减少储热成本,促进蓄热技术优化,是一种潜在的低成本储热材料。通过对钢渣蓄热技术的分析和总结,本文提出优化和开发新型钢渣材料成型工艺、钙剂循环热化学和吸附储热等技术以及拓展填充床蓄热技术是未来的主要研究方向。相关内容对钢渣固废储热及相关技术研究领域具有重要的参考意义。 Based on the recycling status of steel slag,this paper aims to review and discuss potential applications of steel slag in thermal energy storage field.After thorough analyses on the relevant literatures,this paper points out that solid waste steel slag can be used as heat storage material and further optimize heat storage technology by reducing heat storage costs effectively.Further analyses on the steel slag thermal storage techniques suggested innovative recycling treatment technology,calcium-looping based energy conversion and storage for carbon neutrality and packed bed heat storage technology are the main research trends in the near future.The authors deeply believe that this review have important values on both effective recycle and utilization of steel slag solid waste and related technical researches.
