摘要
结合生态系统理论,厘清高校学生心理育人存在的问题和困难,从强化学校微系统的主导作用促进个体自助,强化学校中间系统的引导作用促进群体互助,强化学校外层、宏观系统的协同作用促进社会辅助三个方面来探索构建高校心理育人新模式.
In this paper, the authors have, combining with ecology system theory and analyzing the problems and difficulties in college psychological education, studied the new model of college psychological education from three aspects, such as strengthening the guiding role of university micro-system in promoting individual self-helping, the guiding role of intermediate system in promoting group mutual helping, and the collaborative role in promoting social support.
