摘要
以就业质量分析报告为依据,通过连续5届毕业生对学校就业服务所反馈的信息,搜集整理毕业生对母校就业服务的满意程度和需求变化,同时对连续5年来未就业学生群体的就业需求和想从母校得到的帮助进行总结对比,得出毕业生对高校就业服务需求的变化趋势,为后期就业服务工作质量提升提供现实依据和智力支持.
Based on the employment quality analysis report for the five consecutive years, this paper analyzed the feedback information of the five consecutive graduates on the employment service of the university, collected the satisfaction degree and demand change of graduates on the employment service of their alma mater, summarized and compared the employment demand of the unemployed student group and the help they want from their alma mater for five consecutive years, so as to draw the change trend of graduates' demand for employment service of universities in the past five years, so as to provide practical basis and intellectual support for the improvement of employment service quality in the later period.
