基于主成分分析、相关性分析和隶属函数法对22个马铃薯品种的综合评价 被引量:5

摘要 为筛选出适宜甘肃旱作区种植的全粉加工用马铃薯品种,以天薯9号为对照,对22个马铃薯品种的11个农艺性状综合分析。结果表明,病毒病、植株晚疫病、块茎环腐病、单株产量、单株结薯数、单薯质量、商品薯率、还原糖含量及单产的变异系数较大,均超过30%;单产与商品薯率、单株质量、单株结薯数呈极显著正相关,淀粉含量与干物质含量呈极显著正相关,晚疫病与单株结薯数呈显著负相关;主成分分析结果表明单产、商品薯率、淀粉含量、干物质含量、植株晚疫病、病毒病累计贡献率为92.146 8%,可用这6个主成分代替11个农艺性状评价马铃薯品种;运用隶属函数综合评价,有17个品种超过对照,排名前三且得分由高到低的品种依次为宣薯5号、定薯4号、天薯11号。 To upgrade potato varieties in Gansu and screen main potato varieties with whole starch processing in arid mountain area,Tianshu NO.9 was used as control,the disease resistance,agronomic characters and high yield of 22 potato varieties were analyzed.The results showed that the variation coefficients of virus disease,plant late blight,tuber ring rot,tuber weight per plant,tuber number per plant,weight of single tuber,commercial potato rate,reducing sugar content and yield were 46.8%,43.6%,55.6%,36.8%,42.0%,31.4%,36.2%,42.4%and 37.8%,respectively.The correlation analysis showed yield and commercial potato rate,tuber weight per plant,tuber number per plant had significantly positive relation,and yield was positively correlated with weight of single.The starch content and dry matter content had significantly positive relation.The plant late blight and tuber number per plant had negative relation.Factor analysis showed that the accumulative contribution yield,commercial potato rate,starch content,dry matter content,virus disease and plant late blight reached 92.1468%.So the six principal components could replace eleven agronomic traits to evaluate potato varieties.The membership function analysis further suggested,seventeen varieties exceed the control variety of Tianshu NO.9,and the recommended order of the experimental potato varieties was:Xuanshu NO.5>Dingshu NO.4>Tianshu NO.11.
