摘要 探讨不同施钾量对朝天椒品质和产量的影响,以实现钾肥的科学施用。试验以柘椒新一代(V7)和天红一号(V8)朝天椒品种为试验材料,设置不施钾(CK)、T1(K2SO4,45 kg·hm^(-2))、T2(K2SO4,90 kg·hm^(-2))、T3(K2SO4,135 kg·hm^(-2))、T4(K2SO4,180 kg·hm^(-2))共5个处理,采用随机区组设计,分析果实中维生素C、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量,收获期测定作物产量。结果表明,V7品种在T3施钾量下最有利于维生素C的积累;V8品种在T2施钾量下最有利于维生素C的积累。T4和T3施钾量有利于V7和V8中可溶性蛋白的积累。品种因子和钾素因子对维生素C含量、蛋白质含量和可溶性糖含量都产生显著影响,2个因子有交互作用。V7、V8朝天椒最佳施有效钾量为90 kg·hm^(-2)。施钾量在90~135 kg·hm^(-2)范围有利于产量的提高。品种因子和钾素因子对产量的影响达到极显著水平。 This study explored the effects of different potassium application levels on the quality and yield of pod pepper,in order to realize the scientific application of potassium.The experiment used Zhejiaoxinyidai(V7)and Tianhong No.1(V8)pod pepper varieties as experimental materials.The experiment was set up without potassium application(CK),T1(K2SO4,45 kg·hm^(-2)),T2(K2SO4,90 kg·hm^(-2)),T3(K2SO4,135 kg·hm^(-2)),T4(K2SO4,180 kg·hm^(-2))a total of 5 treatments.A randomized block design was used to analyze the content of vitamin C,soluble protein and soluble sugar in the fruit,and determine the crop yield at harvest time.The results showed that V7 was most beneficial to the accumulation of vitamin C under T3 potassium application;V8 is most beneficial to the accumulation of vitamin C at T2 potassium application rate.The application of T4 and T3 potassium was beneficial to the accumulation of soluble protein in V7 and V8.Variety factor and potassium factor had significant effects on vitamin C,protein content and soluble sugar content,and the two factors interacted.The best potassium application rate of V7 and V8 Chaotianjiao is 90 kg·hm^(-2).The range of potassium application rate from 90 to 135 kg·hm^(-2) is beneficial to the increase of yield.The effect of variety factor and potassium factor on yield reached a very significant level,and the interaction of the two factors on yield per plant and total yield also reached a very significant level.
