两种硒源对红秆萝卜芽生长、硒富集及抗氧化酶活性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of sodium selenite and sodium selenate on the growth,selenium accumulation and antioxidant enzyme activity of red radish sprouts

摘要 为探究硒(Se)对红秆萝卜芽生长、硒累积、品质及抗氧化酶活性的影响,采用不同浓度亚硒酸钠(Se4+)和硒酸钠(Se6+)以浸种+水培方式培养萝卜芽。萝卜芽对Se6+的累积能力较Se4+强且呈剂量-效应关系,最高Se富集量分别为168.37和117.40 mg·kg-1;萝卜芽Se富集系数均随Se浓度升高而减小;与对照相比,低质量浓度Se6+(0.5、1.0 mg·L^(-1))显著促进了萝卜芽苗高生长和苗质量增大,有效增加了萝卜芽产量;4.0 mg·L^(-1)高质量浓度Se6+对萝卜芽总酚和类黄酮表现出抑制作用;Se4+促进了叶绿素和花青素含量的提高;2种Se对萝卜芽POD活性和GSH含量无显著影响,CAT活性均随Se浓度增加表现先升高后降低的趋势,与MDA含量变化趋势相反;SOD酶活性随Se4+浓度增加而持续升高。综合来看,Se6+在促进萝卜芽生长、Se累积和抗氧化酶活性升高方面表现较佳。0.5、1.0 mg·L^(-1)Se6+处理对萝卜芽可食产量、品质和抗氧化能力的提升作用较显著。该研究可以为富硒萝卜芽的实际生产提供理论依据和指导。 To explore the effects of selenium(Se)on the growth,Se accumulation,quality,and antioxidant enzyme activity of red radish sprouts,diverse concentrations of sodium selenite(Se4+)and sodium selenate(Se6+)were used to cultivate sprouts by seed soaking+hydroponics in this study.The results show that radish seedlings treated with Se6+had greater Se accumulation ability than with Se4+,and showed a dose-effect,the highest Se concentrations accumulated by radish sprouts in two Se species treatment were 168.37 mg·kg-1 and 117.40 mg·kg-1,respectively;low concentrations of Se6(+0.5 mg·L^(-1) and 1.0 mg·L^(-1))significantly promoted the shoot height and sprout biomass,but high Se6+concentration(4.0 mg·L^(-1))inhibited both root length and weight;the highest Se6+group(4.0 mg·L^(-1))showed inhibition effect on total phenolic and flavonoid content;chlorophyll and anthocyanins contents were facilitated by Se4+;two Se species both had no significant effect on the POD activity and GSH content of sprouts;CAT activity showed a first increase and then shrink with the increasing Se concentration.Contrary to the content of MDA,Se addition accelerated CAT enzyme activity;SOD enzyme activity continued to increase with the intensification of Se4+concentration.Se6+performed better in promoting sprout growth,Se accumulation,and antioxidant enzyme activity.0.5 and 1.0 mg·L^(-1) Se6+treatment showed relatively remarkable effects on improving the edible yield,quality and antioxidant capacity of sprouts.This study can provide a theoretical basis and guidance for the actual production of Se-enriched radish seedlings.
