拉萨市设施蔬菜产业升级动力因素与路径研究

Driving factors and paths of industrial upgrading of facility vegetable in Lhasa

拉萨市设施蔬菜经过多年发展,布局趋向合理,规模和品种数量大幅度增长,装备水平提升较快,但仍然存在技术水平较低、人才缺乏、产业链环缺失等问题。从拉萨设施蔬菜发展现状以及产业升级的内部与外部动力因素来分析,拉萨设施蔬菜产业升级势在必行。基于产业链理论,构建了增加设施蔬菜产前供应等环节、制定标准与集成智慧农业技术、加强培育新型经营主体、品牌培育建设、促进产业融合发展等产业升级路径,能够有效提升设施蔬菜产业自主发展能力,使产业升级迈向一个更高质量的发展阶段。

After years of development of facility vegetable in Lhasa,the layout tended to be reasonable,the scale and variety of facilities had been greatly improved,and the level of equipment had been improved rapidly.However,there are still problems,such as,low level of facilities and technology,lack of talents and industrial links.By analyzing the internal and external driving factors of the upgrading of facility agriculture industry,the upgrading of Lhasa's facility vegetable industry was imminent.Based on the theory of industrial chain,it has built industrial upgrading paths,such as increasing the prenatal supply of facility agriculture,formulating standard and integrating smart agricultural technologies,cultivating new business entities,strengthening brand cultivation and construction,promoting industrial integration and development.It can effectively improve the independent development ability of Lhasa's facility vegetable industry,make the industrial upgrading step into a higher quality development stage.
