珠江肇高铁引入江门铁路地区方案研究

A Study on Schemes for Linking Zhujiang-Zhaoqing High-Speed Railway with Jiangmen Railway Area

【目的】珠江肇高铁引入江门铁路地区对于促进珠江东西两岸协同、高质量发展具有重要意义。【方法】本研究在阐述珠江肇高铁线路、江门铁路地区概况的基础上,结合江门地区总图规划,提出江门地区客运作业集中江门站一站式办理方案(方案Ⅰ)、客运作业分散江门、蓬江站两站办理且蓬江站设深茂联络线方案(方案Ⅱ-1)和客运作业分散江门、蓬江站两站办理且新会站北侧区间出岔设联络线方案(方案Ⅱ-2)三种方案,最后从客站选址和布局、客运组织、城市公共配套设施、城市规划协调性及带动城市发展、跨线车流运营长度及运行时分、工程实施难度、远期延伸条件、工程投资等八个方面对这三个方案进行综合分析比选。【结果】经过对比,推荐采用方案Ⅰ。【结论】珠江肇铁路引入江门铁路地区方案充分考虑了有利于客运组织、符合城市规划、可实施性强、工程投资节省等综合因素,可为类似项目提供参考。

[Purposes]How to introduce the Zhujiang Hajime high-speed railway into Jiangmen railway area is of great significance for promoting the coordinated and high-quality development of the east and west banks of the Zhujiang River.[Methods]Based on the Zhujiang-Zhaoqing high-speed railway line and the overview of Jiangmen railway area,combined with the general plan of the Jiangmen area,this paper proposes three schemes:a one-stop solution for passenger transport operations in Jiangmen area concentrated at Jiangmen station(Scheme I);decentralized passenger transport operations at Jiangmen and Pengjiang stations and setting up Shenmao connecting line at Pengjiang Station(plan II-1);decentralization of passenger transport operations in Jiangmen,and setting up a connecting line at Pengjiang Station at two stations and the outgoing branch of Xinhui Station(plan II-2).All in all,from the location and layout of passenger stations,passenger transportation organization,urban public supporting facilities,coordination with urban planning and driving urban development,cross-line traffic flow operation length and operating hours,project implementation difficulty,long-term extension conditions,project investment and other eight aspects,comprehensive analysis and comparison are conducted.[Findings]After comparison,plan I is recommended.[Conclusions]The introduction of Jiangmen Railway area plan of Zhujiang Hajime Railway takes full consideration of comprehensive factors such as conducive to passenger transport organization,conforming to urban planning,strong implementation,and saving project investment,which can provide reference for similar projects.
