摘要 简述了山东南山铝业股份有限公司旗下板带事业部生产汽车板的设备情况,对研发的汽车内、外板和低碳产品的应用及5×××系内板吕德斯带、6×××系外板包边质量和罗平线等常见质量问题进行了评述,介绍了材料的认证供货流程及主机厂认证供货和市场服务情况。 This paper describes the equipment of automobile sheet production in Shandong Nanshan Aluminum Co.,Ltd,the application of automobile sheet such as inners,outers and low carbon products,the common quality problems such as Liders band in the 5 xxx series inners,the hemming quality and roping line in the 6 ××× series outers.And it introduces the qualification&supply process of material,the qualification,supply and market service of OEMs.
