摘要
试验研究了有无百洁布抛光、喷砂压力、化学抛光时间、阳极氧化时间等表面处理工艺参数对5182H32和5052H32铝合金轧制板材阳极氧化条纹缺陷的影响。研究结果表明:板材的阳极氧化条纹缺陷主要受铝基材影响,在后续表面处理过程中,阳极氧化时间对板材条纹等级影响最大,喷砂压力和化学抛光时间等对条纹等级的影响将随着氧化膜厚度的不同而异,适当的表面处理工艺可减轻板材的阳极氧化条纹。
The experiment investigated the effects of surface treatment parameters such as surface polishing method,sandblasting pressure,chemical polishing time,and anodizing time on the anodic oxidation stripe defects of 5182H32 and 5052H32 aluminum alloy rolled plates.The research results indicate that the anodic oxidation stripe defects of the sheet are mainly affected by the aluminum substrate.In the subsequent surface treatment process,the anodic oxidation time has the greatest impact on the stripe level of the sheet.The effects of sandblasting pressure and chemical polishing time on the stripe level will vary with the thickness of the oxide film.Appropriate surface treatment processes can reauce the stripe of the aluminum sheet.
