解放战争时期河北地区冬学运动述评

A Review of the Winter Learning Movement in Hebei during the Period of the War of Liberation

在中国共产党的领导下,河北地区冬学教育在解放战争期间繁荣发展,为提高新解放区民众的政治觉悟、旧解放区民众的文化素质以及调动农民积极性作出了重要贡献,推动了解放战争的胜利,为中华人民共和国的建立培养了大批人才。时至今日,其核心思想在农村农民文化教育工作中仍具有重要的借鉴意义。

In the period of the War of Liberation,with the gradual liberation of Hebei,the corresponding political quality and cultural level of the public remain to be improved.Because of the outbreak of the civil war and the shortage of funds,the winter education becomes the first choice of people’s education.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,winter education in Hebei has prospered during the period of the War of Liberation,which not only contributes to the improvement of people’s political consciousness in the new liberated area and people’s cultural quality in the old liberated area,and the mobilization of the enthusiasm of farmers,but also promotes the victory of the War of Liberation and trains a large number of talents for the founding of new China.Even to this day,the key ideas of the winter education are of great significance for the cultural education of farmers.
