Professional accreditation is an inevitable trend of the development of modern higher education and a necessary way to improve the quality of professional training.Based on professional accreditation,the paper rethinks the problems existing in the teaching management at the grassroots level of art specialties,analyzes the basic ideas,management function orientation,management system innovation and other reform practices,and applies the concept of professional accreditation to the reform of the teaching management at the grassroots level of art specialties,hoping to provide some support for the improvement of the teaching quality and the specialty construction.
