在高质量发展背景下,科技的发展和信息环境的变化为医院的图书馆工作带来了机遇。同时,图书馆的优质服务又能为中国医学科技的创新与发展提供有力保障。但目前医院图书馆工作存在缺乏管理与监督、总体建设滞后、工作机制有待创新、馆员队伍整体素质有待提高和资源利用率低等问题。为此,医院图书馆应推进空间、技术、服务、资源和人员5要素的协同发展,加快智能化转型,实现自身内涵式高质量发展,为中国医学科技发展注入强驱动力。

In the context of high-quality development,the development of science and technology and the changes in the information environment have brought opportunities for the development of hospital libraries.The quality of library services,in turn,can provide a strong guarantee for the innovation and development of medical science and technology in China.However,hospital libraries currently suffer from the lack of management and supervision,the backwardness of the overall construction,the lack of innovation in working mechanisms,the comparatively low overall quality of the librarians,and the low resource utilization.In view of this situation,hospital libraries are expected to promote the coordinated development of the five elements of space,technology,services,resources and personnel and accelerate the intelligent transformation,so as to realize their own connotative high-quality development and provide strong driving force for the development of medical science and technology in China.
