摘要
文中以截至2021年12月,福建省在用的938台燃煤工业锅炉的能效测试结果为研究对象,从排烟温度、过量空气系数及锅炉热效率三个指标进行分析,结合测试数据提出了相应的节能减排对策和建议,为燃煤工业锅炉淘汰、改燃和节能环保提升工作提供了技术依据。
This paper studied the energy efficiency test results of 938 coal-fired industrial boilers in use in Fujian Province as of December 2021.Indicators of the exhaust temperature,excess air coefficient and boiler thermal efficiency were analyzed.Combined with the test data put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for energy conservation and emission reduction.It provided technical basis for the elimination and conversion of coal-fired industrial boilers and the improvement of energy conservation and environmental protection.
