立德树人视角下的导师队伍建设——以天津大学为例的实践与思考

The Construction of Tutor Team from the Perspective of Fostering Virtue Through Education--Practice and Thinking on Tianjin University as an Example

研究生导师是研究生培养的主要力量,肩负着高层次人才的培养使命。《教育部关于全面落实研究生导师立德树人职责的意见》已经成为新时期导师队伍建设的纲领性文件。目前导师队伍建设中,在立德树人作用发挥方面还存在一些问题。因此要强化导师立德树人的作用,天津大学从优化选聘管理、明晰导师职责、强化导辅学互动、提升育人能力、完善导师评价、选树育人典型等几方面下功夫,努力打造一支有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心的导师队伍。

Graduate tutors are the main force in talent cultivation.The Ministry of Education has introduced relevant document to guide the construction of tutor team in the new era.At present,there are still some problems in playing the role of fostering virtue through education for tutors.In order to strengthen the role of tutors,Tianjin University has made efforts in several aspects,such as optimizing employment and management,clarifying the duties of tutors,strengthening the interaction between tutors and students,improving education ability and tutor evaluation and selecting the typical models of educating people.It aims to build a team of tutors with ideals and convictions,moral sentiments,solid knowledge and benevolence.
