医院质控中心模式下质量管理的实践探索

Quality management in the context of centralized hospital quality control mode

目的探索“大质控”管理模式改革,健全现代医院管理制度,推动全面深化医改向纵深发展。方法调整组织架构,基于“大质控”管理理念建立质控中心,下设医疗质控科、护理质控科、医保物价科、病案室、数据中心,探索运行“大质控”管理模式。结果医院质量管理工作由单科管理向多科室联合管理转变,实现全院层面、质控层面“三医联动”,进一步提升医疗质量管理水平。结论实现从粗放式管理向精细化管理转变,开创医院管理工作新局面,促进医院实现高质量发展目标。

Objective To explore the reform of"big quality control"mode,improve the modern hospital management system,and promote the comprehensive medical reform.Methods The organizational structure was adjusted.A quality control center based on the concept of"big quality control"management was established,with its affliated departments/offices including medical quality control office,nursing quality control office,medical insurance and pricing office,medical record department,and data center.Results Quality control in the hospital was shifted from single-department management to multi-department joint management,realizing the"three medical linkages"at both hospital-wide level and quality control level,which further improved the medical quality management.Conclusions The transition from rough management to refined management sheds light on the reform of hospital management and promotes the high-quality development of hospitals.
