基于CiteSpace的突发公共卫生事件的研究现状与趋势分析

Research on public health emergencies:status quo and trends

目的了解突发公共卫生事件的研究现状及未来趋势,为公共卫生领域可持续发展提供参考依据。方法以Web of Science核心合集数据库和中国知网(CNKI)2010年—2021年的文献为数据来源,利用CiteSpace软件绘制知识图谱,对相关文献的发文地域、机构、作者、关键词的共现、聚类以及突变词进行可视化分析,探析该领域的研究热点和发展趋势。结果国内外在公共卫生领域发文量整体呈增长趋势,美国在发文量和中心度2个指标上都居于领先地位,机构之间合作紧密,关键词呈现出强烈的时间特征,聚类分析显示中英文关键词存在交叉类团,即新冠肺炎和公共卫生。除此之外,英文聚类还有病死率、心理问题、健康;中文聚类还有流行病学、应急能力、风险评估、疫情防控和健康教育。结论研究热点随着国际上重大突发公共卫生事件的发生而转移,因此,要加强风险评估能力和意识,完善建设应急管理体系,提高专业人员的专业素养,关注群众心理正确引导。

Objective To investigate the status quo and future trends of research on public health emergencies and to provide reference for sustainable development in public health.Methods Articles published from 2010 to 2021 were retrieved on the Web of Science Core Collection database and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).Knowledge maps were drawn using the CiteSpace software to perform a visualized analysis on the co-occurrence,clustering,and burst words of related literature in terms of countries,institutions,authors,and keywords.Results The number of articles on public health was rising in China and abroad,with the United States ranking first in the number of articles and centrality.There was close cooperation between institutions.The keywords had strong temporal characteristics.Clustering analysis showed the presence of cross-language clusters between English and Chinese keywords(i.e.,COVID-19 and public health).In addition,the English clusters also included case-fatality rate,mental problems,and health,whereas the Chinese clusters included epidemiology,emergency response capacity,risk assessment,epidemic prevention and control,and health education.Conclusions Research hotspots shift with the occurrence of public health emergencies of international concern.Therefore,it is important to strengthen the capacity-building and awareness-raising of risk assessment,improve the construction of emergency response systems,enhance the professionalism of professionals,and offer psychological education and advice to the general public.
