10 kV电化学储能电站设计与实现

摘要 为解决用电高峰时电力不足、新能源利用率低、电能不能储存的问题,设计一种10 kV电化学储能电站。该储能电站集成应用一体化能量管理平台技术、储能双向变流器技术、风冷式热管理技术、电池室自动灭火技术,实现了提升供电能力、提高供电质量、增强系统稳定性的目标。在某10 kV储能电站得到成功应用,该变电站正常运行时主变负载率降低,并降低电源线路的输送容量,保障了电网安全运行。 In order to solve the power shortage problems of low utilization rate of new energy and non-storage of electric energy during peak hours,a 10 kV electrochemical energy storage power station is designed.The power station integrates integrated energy management platform technology,energy storage two-way converter technology,air-cooled thermal management technology and automatic fire extinguishing technology of battery room.It achieves the goal of enhancing power supply capacity,improving power supply quality and enhancing system stability.It has been successfully applied in a 10 kV energy storage power station.It reduces the main transformer load rate of the substation during normal operation and the transmission capacity of the power line,ensuring the safe operation of the power grid.
