基于Matlab与Ansys的拖拉机驾驶室振动优化

摘要 为解决发生在拖拉机驾驶室的噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)问题,通过使用三维软件对某小型拖拉机驾驶室进行图形建模,再通过ANSYS Workbench软件进行模态分析,针对驾驶室模态分析结果中的3个薄弱部位进行谐响应分析。从结果中发现顶盖及后围处振动较大,并提出了增加1道支撑梁的解决办法,在Matlab中利用最优化函数找到结构优化的最优解,引入优化比对优化前后结果作出比较,发现优化效果显著,对拖拉机驾驶室的结构优化具有参考价值。 In order to solve the problem of NVH(Noise,Vibration,Harshness)that occurs in the cab of a tractor,3D software was used to model a small tractor cab,and ANSYS Workbench software was used to conduct modal analysis.Harmonic response analysis was conducted for the three weak parts of the cab structure accroding to the modal analysis results.From the results,it is found that the vibration of the top cover and rear wall is large,and a solution of adding a support beam was proposed.The optimization function in Matlab was used to find the optimal solution,and the optimization comparison was introduced to compare the results before and after optimization.It is found that the optimization effect is significant,which has important reference value for the structural optimization of tractor cab.
