长江南通段集中式饮用水源地水质及其健康风险评价

摘要 为了解长江流域最末端南通段的水源地水质状况以及潜在的健康风险水平,根据2017-2021年南通段沿线4个集中式饮用水源地的例行监测结果,采用单因子评价法、改进的内梅罗评价法对其进行水质评价及变化趋势分析,并结合美国国家环境保护署(USEPA)推荐的健康风险评价模型,开展水质健康风险评价。结果显示:近年来长江南通段沿线水源地水质整体趋于逐年改善,且下游水环境质量相对上游提升较明显,其中氨氮指标降幅较为显著。水质健康风险评价表明,各水源地总健康风险水平呈逐年下降趋势,水质健康风险均在可接受范围内。各水源地化学致癌风险水平相同,但非致癌物质健康风险水平呈现逐年增加趋势,今后需要加强对非致癌性污染物尤其是高锰酸盐指数污染物的控制。 In order to understand the water quality statusand potential health risk level of the drinking water sources in Nantong section of Yangtze River,health risk assessment of water quality was carried out based on the routine detection data of the drinking water sources were collected from 2017 to 2021.The water quality was evaluated and analyzed by single factor evaluation method and improved Nemerow pollution index assessment method,combined with the US EPA health risk assessment model recommended by US Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA).The results showed that the water quality of Nantong section of Yangtze River has improved year by year and the water quality of downstream improved more compared with the upstream,among which the ammonia nitrogen index changed significantly.Water quality health risk assessment showed that the total health risk level of Nantong section of Yangtze River was decreasing year by year,which were all within acceptable limits.The level of chemical carcinogenic risk was the same in all drinking water sources,while the non-carcinogenic health risk level showed an upward trend,which was necessary to strengthen the control of the non-carcinogenic pollutants especially the permanganate index pollutants in the future.
